About

Built in Redmond, Oregon.

LYKE Inc. is an early-stage robotics company founded in 2024 and based in Redmond, Oregon. We develop practical hardware and embodied-AI systems that help robots perceive, reason, and act in the physical world.

The Work

Two efforts. One direction.

LYKE was founded on a straightforward premise: the gap between what robots can do in controlled demonstrations and what they can do reliably in real environments is still large, and closing it requires working on both the hardware and the AI together.

The MRC01 is LYKE's near-term hardware product — a rigid, industrial-rated mobile foundation designed to solve a practical deployment problem for collaborative robot arm installations. It is engineered for mobility, stability, and real production environments.

Project Dark Brew is LYKE's embodied-AI R&D effort — a development platform for building and validating the perception-to-manipulation chain required for intelligent robotic manipulation. The work progresses from simulation and repeatable validation toward integrated physical systems.

Mission

Robots That Work Reliably in the Real World.

Build the hardware and software that lets robots work reliably in the physical world — not just in demonstrations.

Approach

Build. Test. Validate.

Validate before claiming

We distinguish clearly between concepts, work in development, and capabilities that have been tested or validated.

Hardware and AI together

The MRC01 and Project Dark Brew are separate efforts, but they reflect the same conviction: reliable robot performance requires both the physical platform and the intelligence layer to be right.

Evidence over hype

Technical claims should reflect what has actually been designed, built, tested, or validated. Future capabilities are identified as future work.

Location

Redmond, Oregon.

LYKE is based in Redmond, Oregon, in the high desert of Central Oregon. The region gives us room to build, test, and iterate while remaining connected to Oregon's manufacturing, engineering, and research community.

Work with us.

LYKE is open to conversations with manufacturing companies evaluating the MRC01, automation integrators, and research institutions interested in R&D collaboration around Project Dark Brew.
